X-Spect Limited was set up in 2005, to address the growing demand for Medical Physics (RPA) services in The Republic of Ireland. Based in Waterford, the company has a growing client base throughout the country, including dental & general practices, private hospitals, educational establishments, and industry.
Our RPA (John Upton) is on the register of qualified RPAs approved by the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland (RPII) for both category I (Medical, Dental & Veterinary), and Category II (Industrial & Educational) Practices. Both certificates are valid until 2017 and can be downloaded below. We have accumulated over 20 years experience in Medical Physics in the Irish health service, including over 15 years experience as an RPA. In the past number of years we have also gained considerable experience in the provision of RPA services to Industry and Educational Establishments.
